1st Property Management Proficiency Contest in Beijing

The Beijing Property Management Association organized the two month-long First Property Management Proficiency Contest of Municipality of Beijing from mid-March 2017 to promote better craftsmanship and quality of property management in the city ; it was divided into two sections, namely property management and electrician skills.

Upon receiving the notification for the competition, the Department organized a team of 14 competitors from 8 departments who volunteered to take part in the contest, with corporate leadership’s approval.

The electrician skill contest was composed of two parts of theories and handiwork, each accounting for 30 and 70 percent of the total score, respectively. With full devotion, Zan Pengyue and Ha Yaliang, HSC contestants, demonstrated their skills and won the 13^th and 51^st places amongst 286 competitors from 70 organizations.

 Property management expertise contest took three rounds, with the top 20 percent in the first round would qualify for the second, composed of quizzes and case studies. The top winners in the second round would qualify for the third, which had the form of presentation making. The HSC competitors won cheers and applauses from the spectators with their outstanding performances amongst the 303 candidates from 66 leading property management companies.

Following three rounds of intense competition, Ma Zhao, Gui Hongxu and Kuai Boyu from the HSC eventually won the 6^th, 31^st and 47^th places respectively in the contest in the area of Beijing. 

Being the first ever competition organized by China’s property management industry since its founding 36 years ago, the event was aiming at inspiring the employees to learn and practice more, as the DRC representatives took the opportunity to display the DRC style and accomplishment.

Last but not least, we would like to thank the departments from which the contestants came for their support and congratulate the contenders for their achievements. Regarding public competitions as important, the HSC will offer incentives to the contestants and winners. It is also hoped that the contestants would take the event as a fresh start in their career and make continuous efforts to improve their skills as well as help fellow employees to enhance their own expertise.

It is expected that, under their influence, more skilled workers and better performers would emerge from the ranks of the DRC employees with accomplished expertise of property management, and who would be gallant enough to take part in more competitions to win greater honors and make greater contributions to the HSC growth and development.
