The Diplomatic Residence Compound (DRC) was established in the early years of the People's Republic of China, making it the country's first foreign-related real estate project and China's largest international community. Over the years, we have upheld our mission of "serving diplomatic affairs, serving foreign missions in China, and serving socialist development," while adhering to the principles of pragmatism, efficiency, and integrity. We are committed to building and enriching the DRC brand. Today, five major diplomatic apartment clusters, including Jianguomenwai, Qijiayuan, Sanlitun, Tayuan, and Liangmaqiao, have been developed, covering more than 1.4 million square meters from Jianguomen in the west to Yansha Bridge in the east and spanning the core business districts of Beijing. These communities are equipped with comprehensive supporting facilities, with green spaces accounting for more than 40% of the total area, making them natural green lungs in the heart of the bustling metropolis.
