AIIB Project Office Sends Seasonal Greetings

The warm southerly harbingers the arrival of spring. For the AIIB employees living in the DRC, however, it is a time to receive fresh flower bouquets and heartwarming greetings, as the AIIB Project Office presented the seasonal greetings to each AIIB employee living in the DRC, on 7 March, 2017. 

On the afternoon of 7 March, two Project Office customer service officials, with fresh flowers in hand, paid visits to 5 AIIB employees dwelling in the DRC, namely Ms. Supee Teravanithorn, Investment Operation Department Director at the Qijiayuan DRC, Mr. Gerard Sanders, General Legal Counsel at the Jianwai DRC, Mr. Gao Xuan, Senior Legal Consultant, Mr. Shakeel A. Khan, Secretariat official, and Mr. Ghufran Shafi, the water supply expert. The Project Office staff presented the flowers and expressed hearty thanks for the tenants’ support to the DRC, and pledged to continue to provide high-quality DRC service to the AIIB. The AIIB employees were told they could contact the Project Office with any comments and suggestions at any time. Finally, the AIIB officials were invited to take part in the HSC Reception 2017 for Diplomatic Missions.

The tenants expressed their satisfaction with the DRC service, appreciated the Project Office’s high quality service and the fresh flower bouquets. Ms. Teravaninthorn was very fond of the pink-ribbon-bound bouquet and said that she was attracted by the flowers each time when she passed by the door of the Florist shop at the Qijiayuan DRC and the flowers gave her a homelike feeling at her current place of work. Mr. Sanders hoped that he would receive a copy of the photo he took with the customer service staff so as to keep the heartwarming memory.

The Project Office will make ceaseless efforts to provide more diverse and high quality service to the customers, in the hope of having more AIIB employees come to the DRC and allowing the DRC brand name shine in the hearts of all AIIB employees.
