The domestic help working at Apartment 033 of Jindao DRC (home of the head of Arab League Delegation) rushed to the reception at 10:45 am, 6 September, to say that her employer passed out at home. The DRC staff charged to the apartment and found the lady in a very bad shape. The ambulance service number “120” was dialed immediately and her husband working at the embassy was informed. To avoid any possible confusion of the ambulance driver, a staff was sent to the DRC gate to usher it in. The Central Control Room positioned the elevator on the ground floor awaiting the medics. The staffs from the Security and Maintenance Sections helped with the stretcher to ensure no time is lost sending the patient to the hospital. Thanks to the timely response and actions, the ailing person was brought out of danger. Her husband, the head of the Arab League Delegation, called in to thank the DRC in the afternoon. 

The property management executive paid a visit to the patient with presents the next day to the tenant’s high appreciation.
