Tayuan DRC Offers Moon Festival Party

At the advent of the moon festival, to
promote traditional Chinese culture and DRC brand name, Tayuan DRC held the 3rd Moon Festival Gala at the Function Room on 9 September 2016, participated by
some 70 tenants from the embassies of the United Kingdom, France, ROK, Kazakhstan
and Pakistan, among others.
Starting at 6 pm., the event was opened by
a speech by Ren Guanghui, manager of the Property Management Department, who remarked
that to elevate the degree of customer satisfaction, his department had made
continuous efforts in improving the service hardware and software to create a
sounder, safer and comfier environment for the working and living of the
tenants. As the moon festival was a time of family togetherness, the property
management was fortunate enough to have an opportunity to celebrate the occasion
with their DRC family members.
The opening speech was followed by carefully
prepared performances to the admiration of the audience. The martial art
routine by the security staffs impressed the tenants quite deeply. The customer
service executive’s rendition of a Japanese song made the Japanese residents nostalgic.
The armed police soldiers’ performance of the classic Chinese song The Jasmine on the guitar won thunderous
applauses. The virtuosity of the DRC employees and armed police soldiers left
refreshing memories on the audience who experienced more of the DRC’s
customer-friendliness.
Between the performances, there came the
interactive session, as the children, together with their parents, were invited
to take part in games of clay molding, lantern painting, paper cutting, ringtossing
and word puzzles. Some customers, from the United Kingdom, Japan, Papua New
Guinea and Pakistan, for instance, brought home made delicacies to share with
the partygoers, pushing the event to a new height.
As night descended, a full moon came up to
the sky outside the Function Room whilst the audience enjoyed themselves so
much that no one was thinking of leaving. The first secretary from the Kazakhstani
embassy commented that he had been working in China for 3 years now and festivities
would often make him homesick. Nonetheless, he would like to thank the DRC for
organizing such a fun party for him and his family to celebrate and have a
wonderful night after a long day at work.
The event helped boost the DRC-customer
relations by enhancing communications between them and offered a chance to
showcase the DRC culture. This Department will continue to make efforts to improve
the services and customer satisfaction to bring the DRC brand name up to a new
level.
