Handover Procedures Successfully Completed to Ensure High Qualify Service Provided to Japanese School of Beijing

  The faculties and their families of the Japanese School of Beijing are long-term tenants in the Tayuan DRC, occupying 15 apartments since 2007 when they first arrived. Attaching great importance to the group, the HSC leadership has on many occasions given instructions on offering considerate services to the staff of the School so that they could stay on as the tenants. Following the instructions, this Department, throughout the past 9 years, has made dedicated efforts in providing services to the School, including pre-arrival refurnishing for new tenants, responding to requests from tenants having moved in, and assigning special representatives to oversee the service quality.

  As this Department was undergoing a staff reshuffle in March this year, Li Ang, the new special representative, took over the job in an efficient manner under the meticulous guidance of Xiao Ming, Li Ang's predecessor, which ensured a smooth handover and the delivery of even more caring services in the daily routines.

  Door-to-door Service

  With consideration to the fact that some of the unmarried teachers of the School don’t have time to handle their bills on working days, this Department has decided to offer door-to-door power bill payment collection service once a month so as to provide convenience to the tenants.

  Lunch Boxes

  At the start of the new school year, this Department presented gifts – lunch boxes - to the school-age children, delivering a pleasant surprise to the faculties. The gesture was very well received by the kids.

  Greeting Cards

  At the start of the new school year, this Department also prepared and presented carefully made new school year cards with our words of greetings, wishing the kids a great year at the school and pleasant stay at the DRC.

  Thanks to the importance that the HSC leadership attaches to the Japanese school, efforts made by the Public Relations & Sales Department and concerted endeavors of all staff of ours, the tenants from the School have chosen to continue to stay with the DRC. With ceaseless efforts in promoting innovation and seeking improvement, this Department will continue to offer high quality services to the faculty members to bring the relations of both sides even closer, in the hope that the friendship between this Department and the Japanese School of Beijing will last forever and ever through the DRC platform.
