On April 9, 2021,18 expatriates respectively from the embassies of Tonga and Micronesia, Tunisian National Tourism Bureau, Al Jazeera as well as Tokyo Broadcasting Corporation successfully received the first shot of COVID-19 vaccination under the assistance of Jianwai Property Management Department.

Relevant preparations had already started since end March byJianwai Property Management Department to ensure the smooth inoculation of the vaccine.

In accordance with the requirements of Xiushui Community, Jianwai Street, the Jianwai Property Department put up promptly the notice of "COVID-19 Vaccination for Expatriates"at the eye-catching positions of all building sand encourage every tenants to actively sign up for the sake of the irown safety.

II. Clear explanation and careful statistics

The tenants made phone calls or door-to-door inquiriesabout the vaccinationafter seeing the notice. The staff of the Property Department gave detailed explanationsfor everyoneand registered theinformationofthose who were willing to sign up.

III. Pre - communication and arrangements

Upon learning that the vaccination would be provided atthe United Family Jianguomen Clinic, the Property Department immediately contacted the person in charge to confirm the time andformalitiesofinoculation andset up especiallyan observationroomof physical reaction for the shot receivers.

IV. Re - confirmation and requirements notification

Right afterthe vaccination timewas confirmed, the staff of thePropertyDepartmentnotifiedthe registeredvolunteerstolet themshow up on timewithrelevantidentifications.    

On the afternoon of April 9, 2021,the expatriates arrived at the United Family Clinic indifferent batchesand then successfully completed the information filling, confirmation, medical history inquiry and finally vaccination shots under the guidance of the Property Department and the doctors.After the inoculation, the staff of the Property Department led them to the observation room for 30 minutessurveillance.
