High summer is a good time for an excursion to the mountains at Pinggu District of Beijing. To boost ties with the residents, the Property Management of Qijiayuan DRC organized an outing to a Karst cave in the eastern suburbs of Beijing on 23 June 2018 for a cooling experience 100 meters underground. Some 40 envoys from embassies of Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Gambia, among others, took part in the event, accompanied by senior HSC officials Liu Yong and Huang Debiao.
Upon arriving at the destination, the visitors took the stairs down into the cave and were greeted by a welcoming coolness. Guided by the DRC employees, the excursionists viewed the time sculptured limestone figures in all sizes and shapes and the underground river boat ride brought about more natural wonders to the amazed eyes of the viewers.
As the cave tour came to an end, the excursionists were taken to a restaurant for lunch when Ms. Wang Hongyan delivered a passionate speech to thank everyone present for their support to the Property Management. With upgraded hardware and Bank of China E-community App, she was sure that better and more caring services would be delivered in the Qijiayuan DRC in the coming days. During the lunch, the DRC employees communicated with the tenants about the E-community App and invited them to fill in a questionnaire about it.
As the Qijiayuan Renovation I is coming to an end and Renovation II is already underway, the residents in the DRC have had to put up with some inconveniences for some time now. Nonetheless, they have been on our side despite all that. In 2018, more efforts will be made to bring the clients closer with better services for us to meet an even brighter tomorrow.
We would like to thank the PR & Sales, General Office, Financial Department and Fire Fighting and Security Department for their tremendous support to the success of the excursion.
