Yunnan Schoolmaster Delegation Visits Liangmaqiao Diplomatic Office Building

A 22-membered delegation of schoolmasters from Yunnan province visited the Liangmaqiao Diplomatic Office Building and Section B of the DRC, accompanied by Tian Xiaoling, division director from the Department of Services for Foreign Ministry Home and Overseas Offices (MFA), Mr. Liu Yong, deputy general manager of HSC, and Ms. Gao Yuanyuan, director of Personnel Department HSC.                                                                 

The delegation from the underdeveloped regions of Yunnan province arrived in Beijing for an eye-opening experience to learn about the cosmopolitan activities, under the MFA support and assistance. Mr. Liu Yong welcomed the visitors to the Liangmaqiao Property Management in behalf of HSC and briefed them on the developments of the Property in various sections.

Accompanied by Mr. Liu and Property Management staff, the visitors were shown to conferencing service section, affiliated business stores, Office Building central control room and Section B of the Liangmaqiao DRC.

The schoolmasters were curious about and amazed at the expatriate-oriented service complex that offered office and residential spaces, vacation housing, leisure and workout facilities and catering services, keenly interested in the architectural design, interior decoration, furnishing, handicraft and artistic works, stopping frequently to take a closer look and took photos on the way, particularly impressed by the automated and digital management facilities in the Office Building. They commented, the visit broadened their visions and offered fresh experiences, offering a chance for them to see the gap between the underdeveloped and more developed regions and inspirations for the use of rustic education management. They vowed to enhance rural education and raise the level of management, basing on the urban business administration experience they learned.

As the visit came to a close, Mr. Liu took group photos with the schoolmasters and wished them a very pleasant and fulfilling journey in Beijing for knowledge amassing. 

The visit also enabled the Department of Services for Foreign Ministry Home and Overseas Offices to have a deeper understanding of the Liangmaqiao Diplomatic Office Building’s conferencing service and they requested closer cooperation with the Property Management in organizing future meetings and events, to push forward the development of the MFA external affairs-related services in general.
