The Liangmaqiao DRC Property Management organized the Bank of China E-Community App promotion together with a classic Chinese costume show, demonstrating photos of classic Chinese garments and Intangible Cultural Heritage on 20 May 2017. The event was also aimed at promoting mutual learning of the tenants from various cultural backgrounds whereas acquiring knowledge in the traditional Chinese culture. Mr. Liu Yong, HSC deputy general manager, Mr. Wang Deyang and Mr. Song Guang, PR & Sales Department director and deputy director, and Mr. Chen Xu, Fire Prevention and Security Department deputy director, as well as staffs of the Information & Research Office, Chinese Language and Culture Center and Bank of China took part in the event.

Covering traditional Chinese culture, the event consisted of shows of classic garments, knotting, paper cut, tea serving ritual and display-sales of handicrafts including snuff bottles, kites, wood sculptures, lacquer ware, silk embroidery and curios. Gifts were presented and photo taking option for classic garment experience offered to the tenants. 20 partygoers opted for the photo taking and 480 shots were taken for fun.

The customer service employees explained to the tenants how to download and make use of the App in a one-on-one approach with immense patience to ensure that the customers would have the best experience. Eleven new users signed in with the App on the spot.
