Jindao DRC Hosts Halloween Party for Tenants

As a one of the traditional festivals of the West, Halloween is a good time for children and family to enjoy themselves. Considering that there are a large number of young children in the DRC, whose manner of behavior is closely related to the peace, security and customer experience in the compound, the Halloween party was dedicated especially to entertaining and educating the children as well as promoting the E-Community App of Bank of China. 

The customer service staff visited the tenants on the evening of 1 November with candies contained in pumpkin-shaped baskets. The kids answered the door earnestly, smiling and laughing, and their faces were so sweet when they said thank you and happy Halloween while accepting their treats. 

Taking the opportunity, the parents were introduced to the Bank of China’s E-Community App and advised on how to swipe the code to win more sweets for their children. Some of the parents tried the app on the spot and said they were very happy to have more convenience. In the mean time, the DRC staff also suggested that the parents watch their children’s behavior in the communal areas closely, which was received kindly with promises to do everything possible to maintain the peace and order in the DRC.

Taking advantage of the traditional festival, our approach served to make the children happy and parents more aware of the Property Management Department’s services and tasks, aiming to enhance the Property Management Department-tenant relations and work closely with the tenants to ensure peace and security in the DRC.
