Cleaning ServiceRooms are cleaned once or twice each week. If further service is needed, residents can contact the Reception Desk. Extra cleaning service will be charged fees.

Indoor Facilities The central air conditioning system is used in the DRC for centralized heating.Rooms are also equipped with basic household appliances such as TV sets, refrigerators and washers. Should any problem occur, residents can contact the Reception Desk.

Free ADSL Internet Access Please refer to the instructions on connection in the guide.

TV The satellite system can offer 120 TV shows in 13 languages. All channels have been preset.

Video Intercom System When a visitor is calling, the resident can press the button “talk” to talk with the visitor and press “unlock” to open the unit door.

Kitchen facilities are complete, with kitchenware and tableware provided.

Safes The safe in your suite is for your own usage. If cashes or valuables are lost in the suite, the DRC will not claim any responsibility. Please feel free to contact the Reception Desk when needed.
