DRC News

The Property Management Department of the Tayuan DRC includes the Tayuan DRC, the Tayuan Diplomatic Office Building and the Dongwai Diplomatic Office Building. It is affiliated to Beijing Housing Service Corporation for Diplomatic Missions, and serves for foreign embassies, offices of international organizations, offices of international agencies and their personnel in office work, housing and other related respects. The Tayuan DRC is located at No. 1, Xindonglu, Chaoyang District, Beijing. It covers an area of 48,000㎡, with a floor space of 135,104㎡. It consists of 9 residence buildings and 1 service building. There are 505 suites within, comprising 4 housing types : 1 room of 129㎡, 2 rooms of 169㎡ and 183㎡, 3 rooms of 223㎡ and 4 rooms of 300㎡. Here green trees make shade over the green grass in the serene and peaceful residence compound. In the suites, hot water is provided 24 hours a day as well as a central heating system, double circuit power supply, and shows on satellite-TV. It also houses a 2-floor underground garage, offering one parking permit per apartment. The Property Management Department is located within the service building No. 10.
