The Qijiyuan DRC is located on the north of Jianguomenwai Street, adjacent to Dong’erhuan’s Jianguomen Commercial District (East Ring 2) and Dongsanhuan’s Guomao Commercial District (East Ring 3). Affiliated to Beijing Housing Service Corporation for Diplomatic Missions, it covers an area of 57000㎡，with a 87300㎡ floor space. The compound comprises 7 high-rise buildings and 13 small official residences, with nearly 400 suites. The DRC mainly provides offices or houses for foreign embassies, offices of international organizations, offices of international agencies and their personnel.
