Indoor area: 136.86 square meters, with 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 balcony, southeast-oriented and modernly-designed. With a proportional layout, it is equipped with a double black walnut wardrobe and a large picture window in the suite. There is a bathtub in the bathroom, with hot & cold water provided 24 hours a day. The living room is bright and spacious and has a large balcony with an unobstructed and panoramic view over the green courtyard outside, giving a harmonious and amazing feeling. Periphery supporting facilities often have immense effects on residents’ living conditions as well as life style. The Jindao DRC is located in a district of emerging industries, boasting refreshment having more freshness than other places, yet with complete supporting facilities. 

East of the compound lies the nationally well-known international exhibition center, which is especially famous for auto shows held there each year. The major supermarket of Carrefour will also make daily life more convenient and comfortable. 

Jing'an Entertainment Center is a complex recreation venue for residents’ body-building and entertainments after work. 

Across the street lies the China Coal Hospital, a National tertiary hospital, intended for residents’ medical treatment. 

There are many restaurants around the districts, with branches of famous international brands such as McDonald's, KFC, Pizza Hut and Yoshinoya, and Chinese specialties restaurants such as Chongqing Restaurant, Hot Fish (Hong Jing Yu) Restaurant, Hua’s Restaurant (Hua Jia Yi Yuan) and Beijing Noodles with Soy Bean Paste.
