【2014.12.24】BIC held Renovation and Extension Project Construction Design Co

On December 23^rd, 2014, Beijing International Club (BIC) Renovation and Extension Project Construction Contract Signing Ceremony was held in St.Regis Beijing. Beijing International Club Co., Ltd and Huayi Design Consultants Ltd., as two parties of the contract, attended this ceremony. Senior leaders from both sides, as well as Mr. Yuan Weimin, Deputy General Director of Beijing Service bureau ( BSBDM), Mr. Zhang Lijian, Director of Infrastructure Department of BSBDM participated in this ceremony. Mr Gu Zhongjun, General Manager of BIC and Lu Qiang, the Deputy General Manager of Huayi, signed the contract with signatures on behalf of the two parties.

Shenzhen Huayi Design Consultants Ltd., which was established in 1986, has more than 1000 professional designers and has been selected as one of the “Top 100 Contemporary Construction Designers”. During the concept design bidding of the project, Huayi Design stood out by its grand and magnificent design proposal. Its proposal has won the praise of the shareholders of BIC and the recognition of Beijing Municipal Commission of Urban Planning. 

On the ceremony, both sides agreed that signing of the contract marked a new phase for project design. They also expressed their expectation and determination to build BIC new office building into an elegant and environment-friendly landmark building.
