【2014.11.05】BIC Renovation and Extension Project Preparatory Work went well

Under the guidance of Mr. Qian Hongshan, the Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs Ministry and senior leaders of Beijing Service Bureau for Diplomatic Missions (“BSBDM”), as well as strong support of various departments of BSBDM, the preparatory work of BIC Renovation and Extension Project( “the Project”) achieved stage development. Currently, the land transfer procedures have been completed and the procedures to achieve Project Approval and capital increase are still on the way. Besides, the installation of contemporary buildings and heat pipeline, and the bidding and tendering work of designer were all completed.

On October 13^th, 2014 Mr. Yuan Weimin, the Deputy General Director of BSBDM, conducted a field inspection to the contemporary construction on the field. He spoke highly of the preparatory work of the project, and raised his expectations for the work of next stage.
