 Mr. Ru Bing, the Housekeeping Department Manager of St.Regis Beijing received his third Outstanding Contribution Award issued by the White House of the United States for his extraordinary service for the presidents of the United States during their visits to China, including President Clinton, President Bush and President Obama.
