【2014.03.24】Beijing International Club Successfully Held the 18th Board Meet

On March 24^th, 2014, the 18^th Board Meeting of Beijing International Club Co., Ltd was held in Huzhou City, Zhe Jiang Province. Nine directors of board or their proxy from shareholders, namely Beijing Service General Corporation for Diplomatic Missions, Sheraton Beijing LLC and Sun Hung Kai Properties (Beijing International Club) Co., Ltd, attended the meeting. Senior directors of the company and the hotel sat in the meeting as non-voting delegates. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Qian Hongshan, the Chairman of the Board.

The meeting passed all seven Board Meeting Reports through deliberation. The directors spoke highly of the operation results achieved by the company in 2013, and required that the Hotel Management shall take flexible measures in according with the changes and increasing competition of market. They also had a thorough discussion about significant issues such as the new BIC construction project, capital increase and equity alteration. Finally, the capital contribution which shall be made by each shareholder and the equity ratio after capital increase were determined, and related resolutions were signed.   

During the meeting, attendees paid visit to Huzhou Sheraton Hotel managed by Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc.
