Jindao DRC Holds Reach-out Party for South American Customers

At the advent of the Spring Festival and
for better customer relations, South American tenants at the Jindao DRC were
invited to a reach-out party on the evening of 30 January. Some 20 diplomats
and their families from Ecuador, Chile and Argentina, among others, took part
in the event.
It was actually the Property Management’s second
attempt to introduce the elevator changeover project in the year for better
understanding of the tenants in the hope that they could put up with the
inconvenience during the service stoppage. The tenants answered humorously, “Less
elevator for better health!”
Following the opening introduction, the
participants were offered an opportunity to learn to make Jiaozi, a traditional
Spring Festival treat. For easier understanding, the Property Management
prepared leaflets of the making process and the tenants devoted heartily into
the learning. Despite of the varied shapes and sizes of the end products, the
process was an experience of fun and pleasure. After the Jiaozi, the customers
were introduced to lantern making. With advice and demonstration of the Property
Management staff, the tenants broke up into family groups to assemble the festival
lamps. The process brought the Property Management and tenants’ hearts closer
to each other.
Before the event came to a close, Mr. Julio
Layedra thanked the Property Management for organizing the event and presented
gifts on behalf of his fellow participants. He said, “I am very fond of the
Jindao DRC as the Property Management had delivered quality services that make
us feel at home. I would like to thank the DRC staff for their efforts.” Wan
Wenying, the Property Management director, responded by thanking the tenants
for their appreciation, support and understanding and promised to deliver even
better service in the future to make their living in the DRC more comfortable
and satisfying.
The
event came to a very successful conclusion with a generous dose of cheering and
laughing.
