Qijiayuan DRC Property Management Department Pays Women’s Day Visits

Qijiayuan DRC Property Management paid visits to important lady tenants in the compound on 7 and 8 March, 2017, to send their International Women’s Day greetings.

The order for purchasing fresh bouquets was placed and handmade traditional souvenirs and greeting cards were prepared days in advance. During the two days, the Customer Service Department staff called on some 30 tenants and delivered greetings and presents. They conversed with the tenants to learn about issues encountered in their DRC lives and about the Qijiayuan Renovation Project. The visits strengthened the Property Management-tenant relations, as the tenants appreciated the Property Management Department’s care and the Property Management Department the tenants’ understanding and support.

Substantive progress has been made in the first phase of the Qijiayuan Renovation project with the support of the tenants. Pursuing a “tenant oriented” strategy, the Property Management Department has been dedicated to providing convenience to customers with originality. The staff recommended to the tenants the E-Community Life Tool App and conducted a survey to seek the tenants’ comments and suggestions. Many tenants agreed to use the App to make payments and submit maintenance service requests. Working together, the Property Management and Public Relations & Sales Departments have won over 15% Qijiayuan tenants to become the users of the App. Priority is given to tenants’ maintenance service requests submitted via the App. The tenants found the App has led to higher efficiency, provided convenience and delivered a good experience. More efforts will be made to further promote the App in conjunction with the Public Relations & Sales Department and the Information Office.

Under the guidance of BDS-HSC leadership and with the joint efforts of all relevant departments, the Qijiayuan Renovation Project is entering another stage. As the first phase has started to focus on interior decoration, the second phase is about to start as well. The tenants’ concerns include the dismantling of the west compound, parking space management, and the restoration of the courtyard and children’s facilities. Focusing on the Renovation Project, the Property Management Department will continue communicating with the tenants and do everything possible to make them feel comfortable during the project implementation. Through creative approaches, we will endeavor to win support of the tenants and work hard for a better tomorrow.
