Thanks to the judicious decisions of the BSB-HSC leadership and efforts of the PR & Sales, Tayuan DRC’s occupancy rate has remained 98% or more. To help the tenants adapt to the DRC way of life better and faster, offering them peace of mind and conveniences, the Property Management compiled a Chinese-English brochure - Guide to an Easy-Life in Tayuan DRC – basing on fellow tenants’ experiences and response to the Customers’ Satisfaction Survey 2016, providing information on the property management services, facilities, local transportation, shopping and catering, etc. Working together with the DRC shop owners, including the Duty Free Shop and Guo Yi Hui Medical Service, among others, preferential deals are offered through the use of the Bank of China E-Community App. The brochure covers all parts of daily life, giving the tenants a unique sense of exclusiveness for choosing to stay at Tayuan. The pocket-sized brochure will certainly help make the tenants’ DRC life easier and more enjoyable.
