Top Executives of Tayuan DRC Property Management Department Pay Courtesy Call to New East Timor Ambassador

    Ren Guanghui, Zhang Nai and Yang Chunyong, Manager and Deputy Managers of the Property Management Department of the Tayuan DRC, and Jin Huaqi, Manager of the Dongwai Sub-office, paid a courtesy call to Mr. Bendito Frestas, the new Ambassador of East Timor to Beijing, on the morning of 28 January, 2016 at the Dongwai Diplomatic Office Building.

    Mr. Ren presented his sincere greetings to the Ambassador on behalf of the Property Management Department, saying, “We would like to thank you, Your Excellency, for choosing the Jindao DRC as your residence and, moreover, the Dongwai Diplomatic Office Building as the Embassy's premise. You are most welcome to the Tayuan DRC and to be a customer of the DRC.” The Ambassador responded by saying, “Thank you Mr. Ren for your warm greetings. My embassy has a lasting relationship with the DRC, and so did all my predecessors because of the very satisfactory services rendered. That’s why we decided to choose the DRC as our work place as well.” A conversation concerning the service items took place between the envoy and the Manager, when the Ambassador observed, “There was limited time between the time when we looked for a suitable premise and the time when the embassy was opened. I highly appreciate the Property Management Department’s efforts in refurbishing the residence and our offices at very short notice and am very satisfied with everything available at the Dongwai Diplomatic Office Building, particularly the security system. I would like to thank you for having created a safe and comfortable working environment for us.” Before the end of the visit, Mr. Ren said, “In the future, we are going to organize all kinds of carefully designed customer activities, based on the traditional culture of China, and it is hoped that Your Excellency will be so kind to participate in the activities and share the traditional culture of your country with us. At the advent of the Spring Festival, a traditional Chinese festive season, we wish a very happy new year to Your Excellency and your staff!”

    The meeting came to a close amidst fresh flowers and laughter in a very pleasant atmosphere and the two sides took group photos to mark the occasion. It is hoped that the friendship between the Property Management Department and the Embassy of East Timor will last forever!
