The Beijing Aojie Building Decoration and Remodeling Co., Ltd. (the Company), established in September 1999, is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Beijing Service Bureau for Diplomatic Missions (the BDS) and the Beijing Housing Service Corporation for Diplomatic Missions. The Company possesses the Integrated Construction and Design Qualification (Grade 2) for Construction and Decoration Projects and the Housing Construction Projects General Contracting Qualification (Grade 3) as the main qualifications and the Municipal Public Works Construction General Contracting Qualification (Grade 3) and the Waterproof Construction Projects Specialized Contracting Qualification (Grade 3) as the additional qualifications.

The Companyis mainly engaged inthe renovation and decoration ofoffice buildings and residential buildings for foreign diplomatic missions, offices of international organizations and foreign news agencies and their employees as well as the DRCs in Beijing. It also takes on projects as a contractor for other organizations.

With strong technical strength and a large number of engineers and technical personnel, the Company specializes in a range of areas including civil engineering, plumbing, electrics, environmental art, designing and others. The construction team members of the Company are all highly skilled and experienced.

The Company sets out standardized construction procedures by means of design plans, elaborate construction management modes, strict schedule control measures, servicequality assurance processes, production safety regulations, multiple-level checks, optimal after-sale service and long-term follow-ups. On this basis, it has completed many high-quality projects for residents from diplomatic missions and DRCs.

The Company is headquartered at No.6, Dongsanjie, Sanlitun and has set up Project Departments in the five DRCs of Qijiayuan, Sanlitun, Jianwai, Tayuan and Jindao.
