The Aojie Company received a banner from the Greek Embassy

On June 30, the Ambassador of Greece, Mr. VASSILIOS COSTIS, offered our company a banner printed with "Prudent Construction and Management Practices" to express the appreciation of the services rendered by our company in undertaking projects for the Greek Embassy, such as whitewashing the exterior walls, renovating the bathroom of the consular section, and renovatingthe lightning protection equipment.

The projects of whitewashing the exterior walls, renovating the bathroom of the consular section, and renovating the lightning protection equipment of the Greek Embassy were projects listed in our work plans for 2015. Since the beginning of April, we overcame various difficulties caused by excess construction projects, complex processes, and overlapped work assignments, and ensured that the project work had no negative impact on the normal activities of the consular section and diplomatic activities of the Embassy. We managed the time of work appropriately to minimize the adverse impact of our work on the Embassy. When implementing the exterior wall painting project, Ambassador VASSILIOS COSTIS asked whether it was possible to put in order the pipeline network of the Embassy, paint the walls of Ambassador’s garage, and decorate the outdoor iron chairs, which were not projects listed in our plans. We promptly reported these requests to the Department of Property Management and quickly implemented the unplanned projects. At the dismantling stage of the Consular Section bathroom renovation project, we asked the workers not to use power tools and steel pipes, and to cut tiles outside of the office building in order to reduce the impact of dust and noise on the normal work of the Embassy. We designated workers to clean up the area around the construction site. When implementing the lightning protection equipment renovation project, we tried to reduce the destruction of green areas, filled trenches with earth previously dug out after filtering out the rubble, construction debris and soil blocks. We also used the lunch time of the Embassy to cut off the power for performing the project work when necessary.

Our standardized management model has earned us the trust of the Embassy, and during the construction process, the Embassy gave us the door key, and allowed us to transport building materials and earth during the night. Our attentive service received praise from the Embassy. Each time when visiting the work site, Ambassador VASSILIOS COSTIS would give a thumbs-up to the foreman Chen Guoguang, saying : "Chen, okay." The trust and praise of the Embassy allowed us to further improve our management model and technical capabilities, and encouraged us to continue to provide quality and efficient services to our "customers."
