When the evening was approaching on October 30, 2015, the "trick or treat" activity of the annual Halloween party was launched in the auditorium of the Ta Yuan DRC, thanks to the joint efforts and enthusiasm of tenants and the Ta Yuan Property Management Department.

The evening activities had been prepared in advance by tenants of the Embassies of Germany, Canada, France and Malta, and the Property Management Department had also put up posters in advance in the apartments compound, inviting other tenants from the Japanese School and Embassies of Kazakhstan, Pakistan and India to participate. On that evening, more than one hundred children came dressed, arriving just in time to the auditorium while parents also brought their gifts and carefully prepared homemade dishes. With the cheerful music playing in the background, the "little devils" opened a joyful evening in the auditorium.

After the party, the "little devils", guided by the staff of the Property Management Department and the parents,played the "evil" in the buildings. This evening party, which ended with the laughter of the children, was widely recognized and appreciated by apartment dwellers.
