At 14:30 on April 8, 2015, a unique wine tasting event took place in the Duty Free Shop. It was unique in that the event invitation letter had been sent via "No. 44 Wine Shop", the WeChat public platform. After being sent, the invitation letter received a warm response. In less than an hour, hundreds of fans had been registered through the WeChat public platform "No. 44 Wine Shop". Ultimately, some 20 people were invited to participate in the wine tasting event, based on the chronological order of their registration.

For the wine-tasting event, the Duty Free Shop invited Dominique, President of the the French United Wineries, to deliver a wine-tasting lecture. Dominique has extensive knowledge of wine-making, tasting and sale. He has travelled across North America, Europe, and Asia. He helped every participant to enjoy a variety of well-known French wines from Bordeaux, Burgundy, Rhone Valley and other regions, giving a taste of the extraordinary quality of French wine! Dominique was lively and humorous, and when the tasting event ended in a relaxing and cheerful atmosphere, the guests still kept asking Mr. Dominique questions and took photos with him !

The success of this wine tasting event was an important step forward taken by the Duty Free Shop on their way to the establishment of a new marketing model. In the future, we will continue to launch similar activities through the WeChat public platform.
