On June 22, 2024, LCC led foreign guests to visit the Temple of Heaven Park and held a cultural experience activity, learning while walking.

In this activity, the foreign guests visited the Seven-Star Stone, the Echo Wall, the Hall of Imperial Zenith and the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvest, which deepened their understanding about Chinese language, worship and ancient architecture culture. At the same time, they also learned "color word" in Chinese, especially blue (蓝色), which corresponds to the function of worshiping the Heaven in ancient times.

In addition to helping foreign guests to understand Chinese culture, LCC teachers also held an activity for all foreign guests to learn Chinese characters. The teachers prepared several commemorative seals with characters and a fan in traditional cultural style to everyone. All guests quickly found the corresponding commemorative seal after teachers’ explanation. What's more, LCC teachers also explained one of the most  important philosophies "harmony between heaven and human" (天人合一) to guests. The whole visit showed LCC teachers' wonderful explanations in explaining the charm of Chinese culture.

This cultural experience activity in the Temple of Heaven Park allowed each foreign guest to feel the charm and architectural beauty of traditional Chinese architecture in an all-round way, which stimulated their strong interest in Chinese culture. This is not only a feast of knowledge, but also a visual enjoyment!
