AIIB Project Office Organizes Aerobics Workout

Sports can alleviate working stresses and serve
to recharge. In a customer satisfaction survey conducted recently, it was found
that 73.8% of the respondents said they were interested in having more workout
and health boosting activities. To meet the demand as a continuation of our
customer reach-out program, the AIIB Project Office offered 6 aerobic classes,
from 14 to 25 August, which was enthusiastically received.
To ensure the success of the event, the Project
Office executives and employees conducted numerous rounds of communications
with the fitness studio to acquire, eventually, the presence of a professional
workout specialist from Russia. Many tutorial participants arrived early at the
venue, looking forward to the freshly offered classes. The tutor made a brief
self-introduction amid the welcoming applauses of the eager learners and the
blond instructress, who was equipped with plenty of coaching experience and
expertise in various styles of workout routines, was very approachable, speaking
fluent English. All the learners made dedicated efforts following her moves and
the music. Although sweat soon broke out on their faces, they were smiling
broadly to express their satisfaction. The 1-hour class was over before anyone
realized and the learners swarmed up to our employees to inquire about the timing
for the next one, saying they would bring more colleagues to come.
A lot of preparatory work took place to
ensure the success of the tutorials in terms of poster making and studio
communications. Gift headbands were prepared for every participating customer and
a water cooler was installed at the door of the workout room for the learners
to refresh after the class.
To offer a more diverse and richer
after-work life to the AIIB employees is one of the priorities of the Project Office,
as customer reach-out events have brought the clients closer and helped establish
the DRC brand name into their hearts. We will continue to make efforts to offer
custom-made and people-oriented activities to improve our services with a sense
of dedication, perfectionism and originality.
