Security Staff Training for Better Service

Under the support and assistance of the HSC leadership, related departments and Liangmaqiao Property Management, the Xieping Security Company took over their security responsibility at Jindao DRC last December, having built the DRC security team stronger with fresh blood. Since the new team’s assuming of its duties, HSC leadership has required the team members observe the rules to adapt to the Property Management as one part. The Property Management learned that the new security employees came from all across the country, some coming to the capital for the first time. To able them to better familiarize with the new environment and improve team awareness, the Property Management organized them to visit the Olympic Park and Military Museum, respectively, in two groups in the first and second half of the year, to offer them a chance to build up a sense of identity in relaxation and better prepare them for the new responsibilities.

Given the fact that many of the security staff change job frequently, the Property Management and the head of the security team offered collective and individualized training to the employee, to remedy the shortcomings found in regular checks. The effort has paid off in the form of high moral, laying down a good foundation for the next stage.

Quoting from president Xi Jinping, who proclaimed, “Peace is a blessing for the people and safeguarding peace is the responsibility of the people's army”, to safeguard the DRC peace is the responsibility of the security employees who ensure the quality service and surroundings, making all DRC resident feel comfortable and safe, with peace of mind.
