On the 3rd floor of the building there is a modern high-end multi-purpose room (723 square meters) and 8 rooms for business meetings (64-262 square meters). The multipurpose room can be used as an international conference center, a conference room, a banquet hall, a performing arts center with simultaneous translation and video broadcast functions. Business meeting rooms are equipped with interactive whiteboards and retractable computer screens, for holding paperless meetings, and videoconferencing funtions.
