The gross salary (before all deductions) is CNY 9465/ month.
Duration: 6 months or 4 months for different positions.
A brief description of the duties of each position is listed below:
				The key responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
				·       Decide Australian visa applications in accordance with relevant laws and policies, including Visitor visa applications
				·       Effectively manage individual workloads and contribute to the team’s overall workload management
				·       Provide client services in accordance with the Client Service Charter and within the specific requirements of DIBP Beijing, including dealing with escalated client enquiries
				·       Update and maintain records with a focus on accurate data entry including writing case notes of assessment on visa applications, decision records and writing correspondence to clients
				·       Liaise with clients, stakeholders and other sections of the Embassy as required.
				·       Undertake finalisation of low risk streamlined private visitor visa applications and send visa notification correspondence to clients
				·       Undertake further processing of cases requiring extra assessment or information, such as health assessments, parental consent for children to travel
· Report integrity concerns identified in visa application caseload to supervisor, Integrity manager, Senior Migration Officer and Chief Migration Officer.
