Mr. Simone Ubertino Rosso, a student from Italy, had a three-week Mandarin training from 29^th July to 16^th August2013 inBeijing Language andCulturalCenterfor Diplomatic Missions (LCC). LCC provided a series of customized intensive courses for Simone who works in the fashion field. His teachers did lots of preparation work by searching, screening out and collecting a good many of useful articles and information in magazines and on the internet. Apart from language study, LCC also arranged three outdoor activities, such as interview with Mr. Tai Yongshun, manager of the Garment Department of the Comprehensive Service Corporation for Diplomatic Missions, interview with famous painter Ms. Tao Hong as well as first-hand experience of Chinese tea ceremony. On the afternoon of 16^th August, LCC held a special graduation ceremony for Simone. He said that Beijing Language andCulturalCenterfor Diplomatic Missions (LCC) was one of the best schools for Mandarin study. Through three weeks’ study, he has made great progress. He also expressed sincere thanks to his teachers for their hard work. LCC teachers were also impressed by Simone’s diligence in study and hoped that he would come to LCC again for further study.
