Liangmaqiao Diplomatic Office Building Holds Customer Connecting Party 2017

At the advent of Christmas and New Year, to enhance amities between the Property Management and tenants for better cooperation, common progress and win-win outcome, the Liangmaqiao DRC Property Management held a customer reach-out and gratitude-giving party, also to mark the holiday season, on 22 December 2017. Mr. Zhang Yue, the HSC general manager, graced the occasion with his presence and the event was hosted by Mr. Chen Tao, the Property Management director, and Zhu Yuanmeng.

Mr. Zhang delivered the welcoming speech in behalf of the HSC and thanked profusely for the support and understanding of the tenants for the DRC. 

He said, since the opening of the Office Building in 2015, the DRC lease-out rate had remained 98%, thanks to the unwavering choice of the tenants. That had made it a bright spot in the adjacent area around the Lufthansa Center. In the past 3 years, the Office Building had witnessed progressive improvements of the amenities and facilities, having been put in place to offer quality, multilayered and multidimensional services to the residents, making their lives in the DRC more comfortable, relaxing and satisfying. Before drawing to a close, he presented his greetings of the holiday season to the guests.

On behalf of the tenants, Toshiba China’s vice president spoke in answer to Mr. Zhang’s opening address, stating, as a tenant making home at the Liangmaqiao Diplomatic Office Building since the very beginning of its operation in 2015, he would like to give his recognition for the management and services of the Property Management and wished every one present at the party a merry Christmas and happy and satisfying New Year.

After the speeches, the Property Management and HSC employees presented performances of entertainment as the dinner party began.

Taking the opportunity, further promotion was conducted for the Bank of China E-Community App and the Beijing Duty Free Shop for Diplomatic Missions added to the festive atmosphere of the occasion by providing various brands of holiday drinks.

As the party progressed, Mr. Zhang and Property Management officials communicated and exchanged views with the guests to listen to their comments and suggestions, showcasing the DRC care and consideration for the customers. 

The guests highly appreciated the chance to further pushing forward the DRC-tenant friendship with heartfelt sincerity.
