Jindao DRC Offers Training to Employees

To improve the employees’ mental resilience, cultivate team spirit and raise morale, the Jindao DRC Property Management invited Zhang Lijie, trainer from Beijing Guangcheng Management Consultation Company, to provide consultation under the title of How to Keep Yourself in Top Form on 17 November 2017, participated by 16 departmental executives and key staff. 

The training began with a game in which the participants were required to work together with mutual trust and united effort to strive for team honor. A few hours’ training taught a lot to the trainees, making them realize the importance of team work, despite the different team results.

The training not only boosted comradeship and working ambiance but also improved cooperative and communicating capabilities of the team.
