DSB leaders tour Qijiyuan DRC sample apartments

Mr. Yuan Weimin, Ms. Jiang Qi, Mr. Su Wen,
Mr. Cheng Jie, Mr. Gao Yu, Mr. Chen Chuang, top officials of the Diplomatic
Service Bureau of Beijing (DSB) and senior executives from the General Office,
Economic Development Department and Information-Training Department inspected
sample apartments of the Qijiayuan DRC Renovation-Expansion Project,
accompanied by Miss Lin Li and Mr. Liu Yong, HSC deputy general managers, on
the afternoon of 5 July 2017.
The visitors arrived at the sample
apartments on the 4th level of the newly renovated Building 3 and
toured the one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom options. They conversed
with the workers on the spot to learn about the progress of the construction
and equipment installation. The project officer briefed the executives about
the design, height and interiors of the building as well as the construction
advancement.
Satisfied with the completion and quality
of the sample apartments, the officials expressed their satisfaction for the
job the construction workers did. Appreciating the hardware and software in the
sample apartments, Mr. Yuan declared that they were exemplary of a
distinguished design, construction and engineering. He praised the HSC
employees for their devotion and skills, saying they were definitely
attributable to the HSC’s efforts in corporate culture construction. In the
end, the DSB leaders presented their best wishes for the completion of the
Project and success in the pre-lease promotion. For their part, the employees
of the Property Management, PR & Sales, Supply, Security and Engineering
departments on site said that the bureau leaders’ recognition and expectation
was a big boost to their morale and promised to work hard to live up to their expectations
and deliver the best results by the end of the year.
