Office Clerk

Economic Section, Embassy of Malaysia in Beijing MITI Beijing

马来西亚驻华大使馆经济处

 

1. Position: Office Clerk

2. Job Status: Full-time

3. Qualifications:

i. Experience in administrative tasks and procedures.

ii. Strong proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).

iii. Computer literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email systems and basic database management.

iv. Minimum education: Diploma in Management/ Business Administration/ or equivalent.

v. Ability to speak and write English and Mandarin.

vi. 3-5 years of working experience is an advantage.

 

4 Responsibilities

i. Provide clerical and administrative support.

ii. Manage correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.

iii. Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and coordinating logistics.

iv. Support official functions and events when required.

v. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

 

5. Salary:

i. Basic salary: Starting from CNY 4,374 per month

ii. Allowances.

iii. Annual bonus.
