About Us:

We are seeking an experienced Cameraman to join our team. This position is China(Beijing)-based but operates remotely somehow, with the potential for frequent travel to various locations across China for the footage recording and making TV reports and cover conferences and event. As a Cameraman working closely with our TV Reporter, you will play a crucial role in capturing and producing captivating visual content.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Videography: Capture high-quality video footage(professional), ensuring exceptional composition, lighting, and camera techniques to effectively convey stories. (we provide a equipment’s, like camera, stand , computer) And You can use your personal equipment if you want.

Video Editing: Edit and enhance video content, voiceover, including color correction, audio adjustments, and the integration of graphics and special effects when necessary.

Ability to Enrich the story or the idea of the report content, and sequences is a preferable.

Remote Work: Independently manage your equipment and workflow while working remotely with our TV Reporter to meet project deadlines.

On-Location Assignments: Be prepared for occasional on-location assignments throughout China, demonstrating adaptability and readiness to travel when required.

 

Qualifications:

-Experience: We do not require a specific number of years of professional experience as a photographer, but we do ask that you have a strong portfolio that showcases your video shooting and video editing skills.

-Video editing skills: Proficiency in video editing software (Chinese or foreign software) with the ability to create visually attractive video content.

-Ability to work remotely: Self-motivated and able to maintain productivity while working remotely.

-Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently for on-site assignments, often with short notice.

-Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively as a two-person team.  Chinese language skills and the ability to communicate in English, even if simple, are preferred.

-Creative Vision: A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset to produce visually appealing content.

-Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with camera equipment, lenses and various accessories, along with a strong understanding of the principles of cinematography.

 

Contract details:

This is a two-year contract that provides a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with our TV correspondent in the dynamic field of TV reporting in China.
