The Embassy of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia in Beijing would like to hire Employee on contractual basis for the following vacant positions:

Date of application: 25 – 29 March / 2024 Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Position 1:  Business Promotion Officer    

Number: 1 (One)               

Description of the Job:

The main roles of the Business promotion officer is to handle business related works in the Embassy, identify and categorize target companies, provide suggestions and build effective networks of Chinese enterprises.

 

Professional skills/ Qualification:

1. BA or Masters or PHD Majoring in

Economics/Marketing/Business Management/International Business

2. Confident to work with Chinese Institutions and Government officials

3. Ability to show creative thinking and communicate own ideas and opinions

4. Fluency in both Mandarin and English languages (spoken and written)

5. Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills.

6. Flexibility, ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

7. Familiar with and knowledge of Ethiopia-China Relationship and culture of Ethiopia

8. Excellent skill in using various computer application and software's.

 

Work Experience: Minimum of Six years of experience for Bachelor Degree holders four years of work experience for Masters Degree holders and two years of work experience for PHD holders in related fields.

 

Salary: As per the Embassy scale
