Summary:			The U.S. Mission in Guangzhou is seeking one eligible and qualified applicant for the position of HVAC Technician within the Facility Management Office.
	Work Schedule:                              Full Time (40 hours per week)
	Duties:	The incumbent is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, operation, maintenance and repair of Refrigeration, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Equipment and Systems. Installs and maintains smoke detectors/CO2 detectors, humidifiers, air purifiers and ice makers. Performs skilled journeyman level refrigeration and air-conditioning work involved in the installation, operation, maintenance and repair of electric powered refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment and systems of all types including but not limited to industrial and residential refrigerators and freezers, cold storage equipment, dehumidifiers, water coolers, and air-conditioning systems.
	Qualifications:	All applicants under consideration will be required to pass medical and security certifications.
