芬兰驻华大使馆正在寻找符合条件的申请人，成为芬兰驻华大使官邸在当地聘用的修理工。

 

职位描述：

· 负责官邸的日常维修和保养工作：

 

- 检查空调、泵、电器等主楼的技术设备的运行情况

- 游泳池及其周围区域的维护工作

- 协助安排宴会厅

- 园丁不在官邸时的一些园艺工作（例如给植物浇水、清扫院子）

 

大使要求的其他任务。

 

任职条件：

 

• 基本英语能力，包括口语、书面语

• 电工执照

• 基本计算机技能

• 以前有类似工作经验者优先

is seeking to hire a

 

Repairman/Handyman

starting in January 2022 or as agreed

 

The Embassy of Finland is seeking qualified applicants for the position of a locally hired Repairman to the Residence of the Ambassador of Finland in Beijing.

 

Job description:

· Taking care of the Residence’s daily repair and maintenance tasks:

 

- Checking the operation of main building technical equipment such as AC, pumps, electrical appliances

- Maintaining swimming pool and the area around

- Helping to arrange the banqueting halls

- Some gardening work (watering plants, sweeping the yard) when the gardener is absent

 

Any other tasks requested by the Ambassador.

 

Qualifications:

 

• Basic knowledge of English language, both oral and written

· Electrician lisence

• Basic computer skills  

• Previous experience in similar tasks is considered as an advantage
