投資推廣署現正物色一名充滿熱誠的應徵者擔任北京團隊的投資推廣總監。受聘者須以業績及可帶來的影響為其推動力，亦應具備團隊協作精神，通過連繫北京、甘肅、河北、黑龍江、內蒙古、吉林、遼寧、寧夏、天津、新疆的潛在投資者，與團隊共同實現績效目標。我們期望受聘者對內地市場的各個行業及香港的整體營商環境有深刻的認識，工作能夠目標主導及以客為本，並具備優越的銷售及客戶管理技巧。

職責

（1）     在駐北京辦事處負責的省市內，代表投資推廣署推動引進香港外來投資推廣的工作。

 

（2）     推展年度業務計劃，以促進對香港的外來投資及完成年度目標。

 

（3）     制定目標企業名單，特別是投資推廣署總部所確立的優先行業及可在香港創造優質就業的企業。

 

（4）     通過市場推廣活動及與企業的會面，主動聯繫目標企業，並為有潛力的企業提供適時的建議和實際的幫助。

 

（5）     與當地工商組織及相關機構保持友好關係，以助市場發展及建立客戶群。

 

（6）     收集有關行業的市場情報和信息；

 

（7）     提升香港及投資推廣署在駐北京辦事處負責的省市內的知名度；

 

（8）     提出優化香港作為商業選址的競爭力和吸引力的意見；

 

（9）     向為前往內地進行投資推廣活動的投資推廣署總部首長級人員及行業小組安排行程及提供支援；

 

（10） 與行業小組緊密合作，確立新客戶群和完成項目；

 

（11） 為投資推廣署總部提供適時的資訊，以協助完成報告；

 

（12） 監督在駐北京辦事處內的投資推廣小組，並管理小組的預算和財政資源；

 

（13） 向駐北京辦事處主任定期匯報投資推廣小組的工作，並在有需要時，為駐北京辦事處提供支援；

 

（14）     履行駐北京辦事處主任指定的其他職務。

 

入職條件

 

(a)	具有大學學士學位或同等資歷，專業為工商管理、財務學、經濟學、國際市場學或與創新科技有關的科目為佳；持有更高學歷者獲優先考慮；
(b)	具有不少於12年從事國際銷售和/或業務發展的管理經驗，擁有在國際化機構、促進外來投資或經濟發展方面的經驗尤佳；
(c)	具備良好的中英文書面和口語能力，並具有良好的英語和普通話表達及溝通技巧;
(d)	廣泛了解駐北京辦事處負責省市的商業環境和相關的工作經驗尤為重要; 具香港生活和/或就業的經驗為佳; 並願意在內地及香港出差。

 

Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) is a department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region tasked to attract and retain foreign direct investment in Hong Kong.  Its dedicated Beijing team promotes Hong Kong as a platform for Mainland companies to go global. 

 

Hong Kong is a premier hub for overseas, local and Mainland companies to explore business opportunities.  As one of the top global financial centres and a business capital in Asia, Hong Kong acts as a launch pad for Mainland enterprises seeking international expansion.

 

InvestHK is looking for an enthusiastic candidate to fill the important position of Head of Investment Promotion of the Beijing team.  With a strong drive for results and impact, the job holder should be a good team player aiming to achieve performance targets, through reaching out to potential investors in Beijing, Gansu, Hebei, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Jilin, Liaoning, Ningxia, Tianjin, Xinjiang.  The job holder is expected to possess deep understanding of the Mainland markets across all sectors, as well as the general business environment of Hong Kong.  Being highly goal driven and client centric, the incumbent should demonstrate excellent sales and client management skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

 

(1)	To represent Invest Hong Kong based in Beijing for inward investment promotion work in the geographic markets under the purview of the Beijing Office.
(2)	To develop a strategy and implement the annual geographic business plan for promoting inward investment to Hong Kong and take the lead in achieving annual targets.
(3)	To devise the list of target companies, in particular in priority sectors as identified by the Invest Hong Kong Head Office and those that can create valued employment in Hong Kong.
(4)	To reach out to target companies via conducting marketing activities and promotional campaigns as well as individual company visits and to provide timely advice and practical assistance to potential investors.
(5)	To maintain good working relations with the trade associations and key stakeholders/multiplier organisations for market development and lead generation.
(6)	To collect market intelligence and information on the sectors of interest.
(7)	To raise the profile of Hong Kong and Invest Hong Kong in the geographic markets under the purview of the Beijing Office.
(8)	To suggest ways to improve Hong Kong’s competitiveness and attractiveness as a business location.
(9)	To arrange and organize visit programmes for different sector teams as well as the directorate from Invest Hong Kong Head Office.
(10)	To work closely with sector teams to identify new leads and complete projects.
(11)	To provide inputs into briefs and returns as and when required by the Invest Hong Kong Head Office.
(12)	To oversee the administration of the Investment Promotion Unit in the Beijing Office and manage the budget and financial resources of the Unit.
(13)	To keep Head of Beijing Office updated on the Investment Promotion Unit’s programme and support Beijing Office’s activities as and when required.
(14)	To perform any other duties as assigned by Head of Beijing Office.

 

 

Entry Requirements

 

(a)             A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, International Marketing or subjects related to Innovation and Technology; a higher degree would be an advantage;

 

(b)             Minimum of 12 years of international sales and/or business development experience, preferably in international organizations, foreign direct investment promotion or economic development, at a managerial position;

 

(c)              A strong command of written and spoken Chinese and English with excellent presentation and communication skills in English and Putonghua; and

 

(d)             Broad knowledge of the business environment for geographic markets under the purview of the Beijing Office and relevant working experience are important; experience of living and/or doing business in Hong Kong would be an asset; and willing to travel within the Mainland and to Hong Kong.
