The Embassy of Israel in Beijing is looking for a Media and Research Intern
Position: Media and Research Intern in the Economic and Trade Mission, Israeli Embassy in Beijing Location: Israel Embassy, Chaoyang District Beijing
Internship period:6 months starting from November 2025
Allowance: insurance, public transportation, internship certificate

 

About the Organization:
The Trade Mission promotes business trade and technological cooperation, attracts foreign investments, and creates strategic cooperation with companies of China and Israel. Leveraging its networking capacity and industry knowledge in both countries, the Mission engages business partners to create collaborations half a world apart.
About the Internship:
We are looking for an intern who is eager to learn and broaden his/her knowledge and expertise in the field of international business. You will have the opportunity to interact and work closely with all of our Trade Directors and to be exposed to the ongoing trade promotion activity in many technological sectors, including: agriculture, advanced manufacturing, automotive, environment protection, telecommunication, medical and etc.
As part of your internship, you will be responsible for activating the social media accounts and website, in parallel to working closely with our Trade Directors on industry related publications and researches trade promotion projects and management of the office's databases.

Requirements:
1, Ability to complete a 6 months program beginning in November 2025;

2, Available to work at least 4 days per week in working hours in the embassy; Familiar with Chinese social media;

3, Analytical skills;
4, Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
5, Graphic and design experience are a plus but not mandatory;
6, Ability to multitask in a fast paced and intense work environment
Key responsibilities:
Manage social media accounts;
Advertise events business opportunities and activities using social media blogs and other platforms: Collect audience feedbacks on publications;
Assisting in collecting information and writing market researches;

Translate relevant documents between English and Chinese
