本地花工工作团队

大使馆的财产管理团队由一名瑞典技术管理人员（外交官），一名本地设备技术人员和两名花工组成。大使馆正在寻找一位经验丰富，灵活且敬业的花工。 

 

主要职责

职责区域主要取决于花园的维护计划：

· 绿色草坪的维护

· 大使馆园内的挖掘与种植

· 修剪树篱

· 修剪树木

· 花园垃圾处理

· 季节性植物的繁殖

· 园艺工具和器具的操作与维护

· 户外清洁

· 清空垃圾桶

 

资格，技能与经验的要求

· 至少三年相关领域经验

· 富有创造力，灵活，能够独立工作且具有团队合作精神

· 良好的服务意识与沟通技巧

· 能够常年在户外工作

 

竞争优势

· 一定的英语语言能力

· 具有在大使馆的工作经验

 

薪资待遇

这是一个瑞典驻华大使馆的全职（每周39.45小时）的本地职位。试用期6个月。工资及其他相关待遇会与成功的候选人单独面议。

The Embassy of Sweden in Beijing is looking for a locally employed  Gardener

The Embassy of Sweden in Beijing is one of Sweden's largest foreign missions. We work within a variety of fields such as political and economic monitoring and reporting, science and research, defence matters, business and cultural promotion, public diplomacy, and communication as well as administrative and consular matters. Your workplace
The embassy's property management staff consists of one Swedish Technical Manager (diplomat), one locally employed Facility Technician and two Gardeners. The Embassy is now looking for an experienced, flexible, and dedicated gardener.

Main Tasks

Areas of responsibility will be according to the garden maintenance plan:

· Green lawn maintenance

· Digging and planting in the beds

· Trimming of the hedges

· Prune the trees

· Garden waste management

· Propagation of seasonal plants

· Operation and maintenance of gardening tools and implements

· Outdoor cleaning

· Emty garbage bins

 

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience

· At least three years of relevant experience

· Creative, flexible, and capable of working independently and in a team

· Good service and communication skills

· Able to work outdoors year around

Additional merits

· Knowledge of the English language

· Experience of working at an embassy

What we offer

This is a full time (39,45 hours per week) local position based at the Embassy of Sweden in Beijing. A six-month probation period will apply. Individual salary applies and other terms and conditions, too, will be discussed individually with successful candidates.
