Embassy of Finland in Beijing is seeking for a qualified Driver
The Embassy of Finland in Beijing is seeking a qualified applicant for the position of a locally
hired driver from March 2026 onwards (starting date negotiable).

Job description including primary responsibilities:
o Driving the Embassy staff to official meetings and appointments and assisting in
driving visiting delegations
o Assisting in different kinds of administrative matters of the Embassy
o Delivery of documents, letters and invitations by hand
o Bank services, payments and postage
o Cargo transportation and customs affairs
o Any other tasks given by the management of the Embassy
Qualifications:
Long experience (at least 3 years) in driving in Beijing area, familiar with
routes to general administration offices in Beijing
A2 driving license or above
Awareness of driving safety and basic mechanical knowledge
Good communication and organizational skills
Teamwork spirit and willing to work overtime when required
Good command of Mandarin with basic written and spoken English
Basic computer skills
Previous experience in similar tasks in a Diplomatic Mission is considered as an asset
