Job Descriptions of Executive Assistant in the Immigration Division

 

1. Conducting various surveys and studies on designated topics by collecting relevant information from the press and/or the internet to facilitate the management in formulating new or reviewing the existing immigration policies and procedures;

 

2. Drafting of study/survey reports, briefing notes and miscellaneous correspondences with the Mainland authorities for PImO and CImO;

 

3. Keeping track on updated information about Mainland legislations and administrative measures which are relevant to the scope of work of the Security Bureau and Immigration Department and preparing extracts of such for reference by officers of the Division;

 

4. Downloading information relevant to immigration work from the media websites of Hong Kong and the Mainland for information by officers of the division;

 

5. Maintaining the confidential file registry of Immigration Division;

 

6. Providing logistic support to the Immigration Division as needed and may be required to work outside office where the situation warrants;

 

7. Providing secretarial services to PImO and CImO and may be required to reinforce Clerks of the Immigration Division where the situation warrants; and  

 

8. Such other duties as may be assigned by PImO and CImO.

 

Entry Requirements 入职条件

 
1.毕业于内地或海外认可大学并获得学士学位；

2.一年或以上毕业后的工作经验；

3.英语水平达大学英语四级（CET-4）或以上，或具同等成绩。懂繁体字，另懂广东话更佳；

4.对香港有一定认识，并鳄或曾在香港公司有工作经验可获优先考虑；

5.熟练中、英文输入法，熟练电脑操作（Word, Excel, PowerPoint等）；及

6.具备良好的沟通能力及人际关系，富进取心，竭诚工作，重视团结合作精神。

 

薪酬

 入职工资为每月人民币10,145元（税前）。
