 厨师岗位招聘

                匈牙利驻华大使馆诚聘经验丰富的厨师。主要工作职责是为大使馆招待会制定并烹饪西餐、大使馆与大使官邸厨房的日常管理，大使馆日常运行所需餐食的烹制。

 

职责：

· 负责大使早餐、午餐、晚餐的烹制，包括日常饮食及高级别外交活动的饮食准备。

· 负责官方活动、VIP贵宾专享自助餐、点菜式餐食的高品质烹制。

· 确保从餐食准备到上菜各个环节的食品质量。

· 对VIP贵宾提供个人服务，对餐食进行介绍。

· 优质食材的找寻、高效与定期采购，以及负责其仓储管理。

· 保持高度卫生、清洁和规整的工作环境。

· 管理基础食材与生鲜食材，高效的厨房管理与确保精准的账目报告。

· 针对菜单不断进行有创造力的改进。

岗位要求：

· 致力于高品质美食烹饪工作。

· 制作创新食谱或菜单。

· 有能力为大规模（人数多）的招待会活动制定和烹制餐食。

· 诚信可靠，工作积极且能胜任。

Job advertisement for the position of Chef

The Embassy of Hungary in Beijing is looking for an experienced colleague for the position of Chef. The main responsibilities include: composing and preparing western style menus for the official events of the embassy, maintaining order and tidiness in the kitchen of both the embassy and the ambassador’s residence, and preparing representational meals in accordance with the everyday operations of the embassy.

Main responsibilities:

· Preparing meals for working breakfasts, lunches and dinners for both regular and high-level events.

· Preparing quality buffet and a’la carte meals for official events and VIP guests.

· Ensuring high quality at every level, from preparing meals to serving.

· Serving and introduction of meals for VIP guests.

· Research of quality ingredients, their efficient and regular purchasing, and inventory administration.

· Maintaining high level of hygiene, cleanliness and an orderly work environment at all times.

· Management of ingredients and raw materials, efficient kitchen management, accurate reporting.

· Continuous and creative menu planning.

 

Requirements:

· High level of commitment towards gastronomy.

· Creativity at composing meals and menus.

· Ability and skills for composing and preparing menus for large events with a high number of participants.

· Trustworthiness and high standard of work.

· High capacity of work, flexibility, loyalty.

· Customer-centric approach.

· Cooperative, positive personality, openness for learning something new.

· Commitment towards high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.

· Knowledge about preparation and making of meals of international cuisine (knowledge of Chinese cuisine is an advantage)

· English language and work experience in a foreign environment is an advantage.

· Driving licence

 

Required work experience:

· At least 4 years work experience is a must.

· Holiday on Chinese National Holidays.

· Working hours from 8:30 to 17:00, on Fridays to 13:00 (except in case of official events).

· Overtime is to be remunerated by free-time.
