北京外交人员综合服务有限公司隶属于北京外交人员服务局，成立于1984年，是国务院批准的唯一一家向驻华外交使团和官方国际组织及其外交官提供免税商品的专业服务机构。公司及下设的第一免税商店分公司、第二免税商店分公司和北京交远通达商贸有限责任公司，竭诚为各国驻华使馆及其人员提供酒类、雪茄、香烟、食品、化妆品等免税和完税商品，积极打造国内外名优特色精品双向交流平台，面向外交使团提供定制化采购服务，组织国内外商品推广及文化交流活动。
Beijing Comprehensive Services for Diplomatic Missions Co., Ltd. (CSC), which was established in 1984, is subordinate to Beijing Diplomats Service Bureau. It’s the only professional institution approved by the State Council to provide duty-free commodities to diplomatic missions，official international organizations and their staff in China. CSC is committed to providing duty-free and duty-paid goods and services such as wines, cigars, cigarettes, food and cosmetics. We create proactively the exchanging platform of high-quality and top brand products from China and abroad. Mean-while, more cultural and promotional activities as well as customized purchasing services will be organized or provided for diplomatic missions.
