Monthly salary (before tax and social security insurance deduction) will be between

RMB11500yuan and RMB13500yaun which is based on the competencies and skills

demonstrated by applicants in the interview and experiences.

Information Associate

 

The primary responsibility of the Information Associate is to ensure the Bank lives up to its commitment to transparency by implementing the Bank’s Policy on Public Information. 

 

Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

§ Serve as a focal point for requests for information from the public and support training of Bank staff on information disclosure requirements

§ Coordinate and process requests for information about the Bank and determine opportunities to streamline and improve the information request process

§ Develop quarterly and annual reports about the Bank’s implementation of the Policy on Public Information

§ Maintain a database of key stakeholders for the Bank

§ Stay abreast of information disclosure policies and practices of other MDBs

§ Provide logistical support to the Bank’s Visitors Program

 

Candidate Requirements:

 

§ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in communications, customer service or community relations

§ Strong attention to detail

§ Able to work independently and thrive on bringing creativity and new thinking to the job

§ Excellent written and oral English

§ Results focused and analytical thinker

§ Strong teamwork and collaboration

§ Able to see the opportunity and take initiative to put a plan into action

§ Undergraduate degree or equivalent in English, Communications or Journalism from a reputable university

Entry level to the bank will depend on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
