Beijing Yun Kang Property Management Co., Ltd. (“the Company”), established in September 2003, is affiliated to the Beijing Service Bureau for Diplomatic Missions (BDS) under the supervision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. It is an independent legal person entity with the Qualification Certificate (L2) for Property Management Enterprises in Beijing. Within the company, there are General Manager's Office, Department of Finance, Department of Human Resources, Department of Engineering, the First Department of Property Management, the Second Department of Property Management, the Third Department of Property Management, the Fourth Department of Property Management, Yun Kang First Branch Company and Department of Special Service.

Our company mainly provides diplomatic property management services as well as services for customers out of the diplomatic community, which involve security, sanitation and reception services for foreign diplomatic missions, offices of the United Nations, offices of foreign news agency and DRCs in Beijing as well as foreign diplomats and journalists residing in the DRCs. We also engage in indoor cleaning of clubs and DRCs as well as landscaping and engineering maintenance of DRCs and the Diaoyutai Guesthouse. In addition, our company is in charge of the property management of the BDS office and staff residential buildings which cover a total area of nearly 1,000,000 square meters. After 10 years of development, the Company, adopting a standardized management approach, has a specialized management team and nearly 1,000 staff members.
